We loved that the location was outside of town and remote but easy access to everything. We had everything we needed available for our stay. We were so thankful that our fur babies got to travel with us and they loved every minute of exploring.

Ryan’s place was exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings, close to the lake, excellent location if you are looking to be isolated while also not too far from town. House came with everything needed as well as things you may forget to bring. The kitchen and bathroom were both fully stocked and clean ready for use. The closest lake access is about an 8 minute walk from the home. However, the shore front isn’t wide, and is more for private entrance of kayak or floating. There is another lake access point 6 minute drive from the Bnb that opens up to larger waterfront similar to a beach. The Bnb is accessible by regular car, but I would strongly recommend 4WD/AWD due to the fact that it’s a steep hill. It rained while we were here and parked at the bottom of the hill to prevent sludge and getting stuck in the mud. The amenities were cleaned and ready for use, including the fire pit and hot tub. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling as a couple or small family.

5 star stay! absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was wonderful - exactly as described—if not better! The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in seamless and answering any questions promptly. The location was also perfect—quiet, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Without question, we would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great tiny house in the trees, lake access nearby, can walk or drive with a few parking spots. Cove at the lake is very peaceful away from main traffic in the lake. Location very close proximity to downtown Blue Ridge! Loved our stay with plenty of room for 2 plus 2 dogs!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Tiny’s Treehouse. The beauty of the area, the privacy, easy and close access to our own private kayak launch on a gorgeous lake all fit us to a tee. The amenities at the house were also wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub while watching TV and sitting on both the elevated front porch and back porch. The bed was spacious and comfy too, and we loved the raindrop shower in the bath. We’ll definitely hope to return!

We had the best time at the treehouse. It was perfect for our anniversary trip. We took advantage of the lake access and hot tub! We also ventured about 8 minutes away to the Boat Dock Bar and Grill which had great food and drinks. Definitely recommend checking it out.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the upstairs loft and the downstairs was a great space. The hot tub and fire pit were fantastic, and Ryan was extremely helpful and got us a dehumidifier when the weather changed overnight, causing extra moisture in the air. We would definitely stay here again!

This Treehouse experience was one of a kind but also had all the necessary amenities. Ryan (host) was extremely proactive, as well as responsive, which made the weekend even more incredible. This was a great place to stay within a short distance from downtown Blue Ridge. We only leveraged the main bedroom area, as we didn't have a need for the loft, but my only recommendation would be that while this could hold 4 people... the loft space is likely best for a couple younger kids as it's more like a camping experience up there. The tiny treehouse is beautiful. My husband and I loved staying there. The house was comfortable and clean. We went fishing several times at the dam which is a close drive, maybe 5 minutes down the road. Spent every night in the hot tub relaxing. It was just what we needed.

Had a wonderful few days at Tiny’s Treehouse. It was clean, and very well kept. Myself and my wife enjoyed a fantastic few days reading, sitting in the hot tub, and exploring the area. It was peaceful and had everything we were looking for with our getaway.
